Goodlife Fitness is the next building and within 5 minutes walking distance. Hey there, I’m Ben originally from Montreal and have been living in Toronto for many years. Working from home most of the time, I’m an IT professional and entrepreneur involved in digital health and cognitive performance training in sports.. I’m also passionate about leadership development, women empowerment, diversity and inclusion with volunteer work in the community. ‍I’m comfortable in social environments and have many interests, but also value personal space while respecting the same of others. We don’t have to be the of best friends but we don’t have to be cohabitating strangers either. Relative to your level of comfort, I’d welcome ​sharing and enjoying common activities and interests such as our favourite television programs or our favourite foods. I’m a pretty good cook, work out regularly and have a health conscious lifestyle.

Friends would describe me as personable, down to earth, positive, independent, witty and having an awesome sense of humour. I prefer a clean organized minimalist non-smoking living space. In our space, you won’t find dishes in the sink or clothes lying around. Even my fridge is well organized and no spoiled food. I don’t own a pet and rarely have people over. I’m all for co-creating a mutually enjoyable home.
