We’re looking for great neighbours! Our neighbours downstairs are moving out and the landlord doesn’t have someone moving in yet, it’s a ground floor one bedroom apartment, great for a couple or someone who likes a lot of personal space (and great neighbours!)

We’re the great neighbours :) Five of us live upstairs. You’d also have ground floor neighbours, a Philipino family of 4, the children are grown. It’s not very furnished, but the tenants moving out are hoping to sell their queen-sized IKEA bed and couch (in the pictures) for $200. Their internet plan is $75/month or you could join ours upstairs for less than $20/month each (cheap because it’s split between many people). The heat varies from $15-$20/month/person, cheaper in summer. The landlord’s so-so. We’re LGBT+ friendly, I’m not sure that he knows that LGBT+ exists. He wants a couple or two females as tenants, but not two males. The fact that two males might be a couple doesn’t seem to be on his radar. He thinks that two males will be too loud (eye roll).
