Hi there! I have one bedroom available in this three bedroom house (NO SHARING). I am living in the house and prefer a person who is working/ in school and in their early to late 20’s. I pay the rent & you just pay me for your room. Utilities & wifi are included, excluding any overage which is just split equally. l am willing to do short or long term leasing but would like 90 days notice, 60 at minimum for a move out date. You will need to pay one month deposit. •I have a smaller room for 800 mth available July 1st & it is great for a minimalistic type but has a good layout for all your things. There is no parking, other than street parking until the winter months when it’s at your own risk. All chores are shared but I am fine to do extra cleaning. There is currently a cat in the house & i would prefer to keep it at the one pet but feel free to message & see if we can work something out! I am a 21 year old student/ part time worker. I enjoy a clean house & occasionally hanging out with friends. I live with my coworker & his girlfriend. it’s a friendly household & a good place to call home!
