Looking to rent out 1 bedroom in my 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house in the desirable, North Nechako area! Looking for a student or a working professional to fill the room.

About the room: the room can either be unfurnished or furnished (at an extra cost). The rest of the house is fully furnished. You will share a washroom with 1 individual.

About the space: You will have access to the full kitchen, living area, laundry, deck, and fully fenced backyard.

Rent: $800 per month; utilities included. Wi-fi is $30 extra/month (total cost of 90$ split between roommates).

6 month fixed term lease, available from May 1st - October 31st. Half of the first month security deposit required.

Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
