Hello, I can provide the room furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with me. The kitchen is shared with me and the other roommate. The house is large and is open concept. It is located Close to the Yellowhead and Henday. We would ask that you would be respectful of other people’s schedules. There is a parking spot available in the driveway. No pets please.
