Private room for rent in a new townhouse near highway/Conestoga college.

Looking for a FEMALE renter as the room is beside my daughter’s room and my room. Student or working is fine. Someone who is okay with animals and a young child who is home 50% of the time.

What is included:

• Private room(it is small, I suggest a single bed)
• Own bathroom
• utilities
• internet
• laundry
• cupboard space for food/plates, etc.
• use of entire house of course!
• parking (I have one spot and a garage so we can maneuver cars or there is visitor parking also!)

About me: I am a full time nurse and have a 4 year old daughter who is with me 60% of the time. My boyfriend comes over often. I have a large dog and two cats; all very friendly and will be your best friends! I am not a smoker, but drink on occasion. I don’t care if you smoke, just not in the house. I am fairly laid back and am looking for someone who is also laid back, clean, and wants a cozy, fun place to call home! I want us both to be comfortable and happy!

$800/month. First and last. No credit check. It is month to month so all I ask is 30 days notice if you’re moving out. Available July 1st.

My daughter is a very social almost 5 year old who will 99% likely adore you. We have a very friendly German shepherd and two loveable cats.
