Hi there,

My name is Tristan and I am one of the tenants currently living at 136 Towerhill. I am looking for 1-4 tenants to sign on for the next lease which starts on June 1st 2023. Looking for fellow students/young adults of either sex.

Rent is $550 due the first of each month. Utilities/internet not included. No pets.

Located on the northern end of town in a safe, non sketchy part of Peterborough. 10-15 minute walk from a couple grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, ect. As the street name suggests this property is on a hill that has great views and walking trails close by . Also close to multiple bus routes for both Trent/Fleming.

Enough driveway parking for 3-4 cars (3-5 if someone puts their car in the garage)

Weed friendly (smoking/vaping allowed on property, as long as it’s outside)

1 bathroom / 1 kitchen

On site laundry
