It is a 5 minutes walk from Metro Snowdon. 3 minutes walk to Laundromat and convenient stores. 6 minute walk to grocery stores and many restaurants. -Snowdon metro will connect you with Orange and Blue line metro which will bring you to Downtown easily withing 15-25 minutes. . Your confirmed roommate would be Isaac, a PHD student at CHUM hospital. He is from Mexico, very quiet and respectful.

There is also Alex, he is usually not home, and his space is in the basement. He’s home maybe twice a month.
