Cherry's room

It is an older house, close to Queen Margaret’s School with a fenced yard, covered deck with BBQ, 2 bathrooms, a decent-sized kitchen, in-house laundry, and on-street parking.

The room is quite large and located on the ground floor. It is $900/month for single occupancy and has its own private entrance. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed with a lot of underneath storage, a dresser, storage trunk, cabinet, small table, 2 chairs, and leather sofa. The ground floor bathroom is predominantly reserved for this roomie. The rent includes utilities, internet, and if interested, an 8’x4’ garden bed.

Hardworking, non-partying, professional busy bee seeking a roomie to share my home: must be employed, nice, and active, if your only hobbies are watching TV and/or playing video games, we are not going to be a good fit.

About me: I work full-time and spend my free time hiking with my pup, working on vehicles and on projects around the house and yard. I also enjoy rock climbing, surfing, roller skating, et cetera. I very rarely watch movies or TV shows but do enjoy them occasionally.
