Cherry's room

It is an older house, close to Queen Margaret’s School with a fenced yard, covered deck with BBQ, 2 bathrooms, a decent-sized kitchen, in-house laundry, and on-street parking.

The room is small and located on the top floor. It is $600/month and is good for single female occupancy only. This room is furnished with a twin bed, desk with chair, and small filing cabinet. This roomie will predominantly share the upstairs bathroom with me. The rent includes utilities, internet, and if interested, half a garden bed (4’x4’).

Hardworking, non-partying, professional busy bee seeking a female roomie to share my home: must be employed or going to school, nice, and active, if your only hobbies are watching TV and/or playing video games, we are not going to be a good fit.

About me: I’m in school 4 days a week, work 2 days, and spend my limited free time hiking with my pup, visiting friends, working on vehicles and on projects around the house and yard. I also enjoy surfing, rock climbing, pole, roller skating, et cetera. I very rarely watch movies or TV shows but do enjoy them occasionally.

The other female roomie works full-time and has similar interests.

And last but not least, the only other member of the house is a handsome, fluffy, large dog, so you must be okay with hair and howling; though, he’s normally only around when I am which currently is only a few days a week at most. I am not able to accommodate cats, and if you have a pup, they must get along with mine and not be yappy.
