Maddie's room

We live on the upper two floors of a house, with shared laundry with another tenant in the basement. Has a large open concept main floor, including the kitchen, living room and a (study/work) area, and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There are two available bedrooms. Both are a good size with a fairly large closet. The bedroom would be the only thing unfurnished, the main floor has furniture already. We have a fully fenced-in backyard with a deck that is great for relaxing outside in the summer! A deposit of first and last months rent is required.

There would be 3 people living in the house in total (2 + you). I am moving away to continue my education so looking to fill my room starting in August 2023. Currently, there is one female living in the house and one very cute puppy. She is a very quiet and clean person. She is highly work-oriented and is often gone during the day, but enjoys the occasional movie night or patio drinks. We have a person who comes to clean the house once a month (included in rent), but we are responsible and pick up after ourselves in common areas. There is one dog that is at the house, he is a yellow lab puppy and is a service dog in training. Therefore, you would need to be comfortable with dogs, but also not have pets. Perfect for an upper-year student or recent graduate. I look forward to hearing from you!
