Females Only Short Term Rental June/July Ground Floor Unit $1500 per month All bills included 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom suite in the prime location of E 30th Ave & Main Street. Looking to sublet my room whilst I’m out of the country for work. You will be sharing with another female (Julia, 28 from Brisbane, Australia). The space is stunning, it’s in a super quiet location but just a 2min walk to a very popular area of Main Street. The place is fully furnished, all amenities provided are new and modern (there’s even AC for the summer!). The bedroom itself is spacious with a double bed, desk, chair, mirrors, lamps, walk-in wardrobe with drawers & racking.

A bit about you: looking for someone around the same age who is considerate, clean and quiet (we really take care of our space and have a great relationship with our landlord who lives above).

Julia is 28, from Brisbane and works for a non for profit in Burnaby (Mon-Fri). In the evenings and on weekends you can find her watching Real Housewives, finding a good coffee or brunch spot or exploring the area as she is still pretty new to Vancouver. She is clean, sociable and appreciates open communication.
