Hey everyone! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment I’m looking to get a roommate for, flexible on move in date and willing to discuss the cost of rent with the right person. You have your own private room and private bathroom. Utilities will be included, has in unit laundry and central air. The building is brand new and never lived in but still in a construction type zone. Building is Rio by Drewlo Holdings if you want to look it up! I do have a cat so must be okay with her, no other pets please :)
