Hello :). The condo is a two bedroom one bath with a patio. There is a gym/zen garden at the back of the building and a party room that can be booked out (with a pool table). I have a mini aussie shepherd who loves other people and dogs :). The room is furnished with a double bed, side table, dresser, full length mirror, and lamp. The condo is downtown Langford, with access to public transit, walking distance to grocery stores/restaurants, and easy access to the highway. The rent includes utilities, access to the gym and party room, internet, basic cable, and netflix/disney+/amazon prime.

I am a 34 year-old (woman) working professional in the non-profit world. I like board games, books, wine, and traveling. I am looking for someone who is into more of a quiet lifestyle at home (with the exception of the odd dinner party, board game night, or movie night with friends). There is a party room that can be booked out for free as well for larger events :).
