With shared common kitchen, en suit washer/dryer, on site gym and amenity room.

2 minutes walk to the bus and 10 minutes walk to Moody Central Station (skytrain station). 2 minutes bus/driving to Moody Central Station. 10 minutes drive to SFU. Grocery stores are close by, 5 minutes driving/skytrain. 5 minutes drive to Coquitlam Centre. 10 minutes walk to Rocky Point park. Restaurants and larger shopping centers are around also.

• The Monthly Rent is $1,400 inclusive of utilities (gas, water, heat), internet, laundry, garbage/ recycling.
• A security deposit of ½ month rent ($700) will be held in trust as security against damage to the rental unit.

We’re a professional couple working full time. We are very private people who love enjoying peaceful and quiet home on our downtime. We have no vices so we don’t want anyone at home who drinks and smokes. We both want a roommate who can keep and maintain cleanliness in every area of the property. Health and safety are our major concerns.

We are looking for a female roommate preferably a student/working student or professional. Minimum 2 months and maximum 6 months stay. Renewable contract.
