Hello, I have a beautiful home in Kenilworth with a vacant room still! All utilities included (heat, power, water, internet). Female preferred. If you have a friend or child moving out this is the perfect place for them! We are a friendly home of early to mid 20 year old females. Send me a message if you’re interested or have someone in mind. I have the master bedroom (unfurnished) available, but I have enough furnishings to set someone up temporarily if needed. I live in the basement with my dog. Kitchen, laundry, will be shared by all house mates and are fully functional. The upstairs bathroom will be shared by the upstairs tenants. Fully fenced yard. We’ve just installed brand new flooring, new kitchen appliances in the common areas. The bathroom has a new dual shower head, and re-finished cabinet. Decorating can be done within reason (with permission from the home owner) Street parking for two vehicles, however, the garage can be rented for an extra fee each month. Quiet hours in the house are 10PM to 6AM. No smoking, vaping is allowed outside only, pet friendly (no cats; dogs with approval) and the pet must get along with any other animals in the house.

I’m a quiet, respectful University student working full-time, with a double major; and the second roomie works in home healthcare full-time. I have a dog who is friendly, but will require some time to adjust to new people in the house. Females preferred, but anyone is welcome here. We keep the house very quiet as we both have busy schedules. No parties, but guests within reason are allowed in the home.
