Hi guys! I’m looking to transfer the lease of my apartment in Woodroffe, Nepean area for the rest of my lease. I pay 850 a month and the apartment is fully furnished with wifi, in unit laundry as well as a dishwasher and appliances. I do have some of my own personal appliances (air fryer and blender) which I would be willing to rent out to you for the summer for cheap ($10 for each appliance a month) as long as you can assure you will not break it. There is a communal kitchen, living room and dining. And there is a TV both in my room and in the living room. (no, the room does not come with the manga collection)

The apartment has 4 rooms with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms but 2 of my roommates will be away in summer so it will be just 2 people to 1&1/2 bathroom. There is a room in the basement (and subsequently another roommate) but they have their own bathroom so you do not have to worry about them.
