You’ll be sharing a Condo with me, I’m trying to Reduce my expenses so I can save more money long term. You have your own room “den” , Open Concept Kitchen, Shared Washroom with me & a living room area. (I haven’t had time to put my place together since I moved in) So I’m still trying to put a Modern aesthetic / vibe to my place. (so if you move in we can bounce ideas off each other and make the place pretty!) I have a couch, & a seating area at the island. There is a washer and dryer. A dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. there’s nothing in the “den” which is where you’ll be staying. It’s your responsibility to get yourself a bed, & create your own “room”. You’ll only be paying 1500 per month. (Not including any bills YOU may have). My Condo building is very Luxurious, There’s a game room, movie room, SkyLounge, Study room, office room and boardroom as well as a condo gym. Altea active is downstairs which is also a huge gym/social club. There’s a sushi bar down there, Starbucks, smoothie bar and a restaurant In that gym as well as a working area. I have a long balcony that stretches across the Length of the condo. (Haven’t put it together yet). Very beautiful area with tons of pubs, banks, parks & stores/spas around the area. It’s one of the best area’s in Toronto in my opinion.

So, I have been living by myself for some time now, I haven’t lived with anyone before. (this is huge for me). I’m a very very clean and organized person. I like things put back where they belong & I essentially just want everything clean 24/7 lol . I’m 20 years old, on a journey to become very wealthy. Im a manager & I work from home, I’m always here & My condo is like my sanctuary. If you live here this will be your “safe house” I do not want people here. I’m very big on energy, who I let into my home & transference of energy. I’m focused on eating healthy, Fitness, my peace, Growing my mind by reading/podcasts and I want someone here who has similar interests & someone I can get along with. if you are NOT like this, please do not inquire, I’m focused on getting WEALTHY & building generational wealth for myself & I want a room mate who will be of value, beneficial & growth oriented.
