We are looking for a responsible, respectful, tidy FEMALE to share this 3-bed/1-bath self-contained basement suite with 2 other females. The room has a lock for total privacy and comes furnished with a twin bed/mattress in like-new condition, desk, chair, full-size mirror, closet and under bed storage.

The common area, which is shared with the other 2 females, includes the bath, kitchen, dining and laundry. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware.

*** To keep things easy and safe, ONLY ONE PERSON is permitted in each room and NO VISITORS are allowed, so at all times there will be a maximum of 3 ladies in the suite.

*** The monthly rent is $850. All utilities and wifi are included.

• Bus stop is a 2min walk from the house (3.6km to RRU: 10-16min by bus, 10min by bike, 30min walk through the RRU forest)
• No visitors, no pets, no smoking of any type, no drugs
• Except for the basement suite, all other areas of the property are off limits.
• Parking available on the street.
