Hello! I am moving into a brand new condo and looking for a roommate. The unit is a corner unit, with a huge wraparound balcony. The space is open but cozy with an awesome view of Toronto. The room is big enough for a double bed, and a small dresser. The closet is spacious, and there is a huge window so you will get tons of natural light. The location is very central, with access to public transportation, lots of dining options and shopping. The unit is on the 12th floor and the building offers all amenities. The unit will be exquisitely furnished with all kitchen utensils and appliances provided. Just furnish your own room however you like! There are two bathrooms, and the guest bathroom will be yours but also must be kept clean for guests to use.

I am 42, clean, kind, and very respectful. I work away from home and have a very active life so I am not home a lot, but when I am home, I enjoy cooking, Netflix, and enjoying a glass of red wine. I hope to find someone clean, respectful, responsible and kind. I love being social but also enjoy my quiet time. I am newly single with no kids and no pets. I have a dog who visits once in awhile but he’s the best. I’m open to small pets. It’s very important that we are on the same page with regards to cleanliness, noise, and guests. I am extremely respectful of others and hope to find someone who is of the same mindset!
