Move in date: flexible… (first 3 pics is the basement area)- Big basement area that I’m looking to rent out to single female student or young professional. Big living room space, bedroom with walk in closet, own bathroom, extra storage space if needed. There is a mattress, couch, tv available to use, but can bring own furniture. Located in the north end close to Mother Teresa school, quiet nice newer area. Kitchen and laundry area would be shared. Home is only 7 years old, bungalow style home with a small backyard, parking space available. Fast speed internet available, however no cable. Home security system installed. Looking to rent out on a yearly basis, or if short term less than a year is needed reach out and see if it’s something I can work with. I am looking to rent out the basement untill I’m done school and then will have other plans with my home afterwards. My name is Doris, I’m in my second year in nursing at the Fanshawe/western program. I like to keep my home clean and tidy, I have two small dogs that would have no access to the basement. One is 14yrs old and the other is 5yrs old, both quiet dogs. I am home a lot, I am just focused with school right now. I like to go enjoy patios in the summer, like to go out for walks or go to the dog park. Once in a while like to have friends over for a good time, but it’s not very often, but will a friend come stay over the night and hang out watch movies. I’m hoping that who ever does move in we can have positive vibes with each other and I want the person to feel at home and not feel they have to stay in their own space downstairs at all times. I have my den space I like to sit in and do my school work or just sit there and enjoy the coziness of it and look outside, which I am happy to share as well. I am Hispanic, love to listen to music and play it especially when doing my house chores. I’m looking for someone clean and responsible and not going to trash my place 🫤 I think I am easy going, I get along with everyone, I respect everyone’s boundaries and privacy, I get along with people from any ages of life.
