One bedroom in a shared three bedroom condo near the university. Two student roommates, looking for a third person to join the lease agreement.

Utilities are not included, but will be split monthly between the three of us.

Two third year students, both friendly and work to keep the space clean.

We are both business students at the university, I major in MEF and my other roommate majors in Accounting.
