Amber's room

This is an example of the type of condo I would like to rent with someone else. I want to be in a high rise, on the 15th floor or up. Ideally there would be 2 bathrooms.

I’m moving to Surrey. I will be starting a new job and want to be closer to downtown Vancouver. I WORK FROM HOME most of the time, but will occasionally be working in Vancouver.

I’m in my 40s. I’m quiet, friendly, and respectful. I want to share to save money towards buying a condo. I’m a caring and kind person who loves good communication. I will have my friend stay over sometimes. I’ve lived with roommates many times before and quite enjoy having people to say hello to, but I mostly keep to myself. I’m tidy and respectful. I don’t have any pets. I don’t smoke. I’m fully vaccinated. I eat meat.

• I need a parking spot until my car sells (it’s for sale)
• I have a large bean bag as a couch and a coffee table
• I have a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, stand mixer, etc…). I have nice stuff and I’m willing to share if you take good care of it.
• I have a contract with Telus for fibre optic internet that I want to move over
• Natural laundry detergent only (EcoMax, Seventh Generation or similar)
• I work from home most days
