Hi, I’m looking for a 3rd roommate to share a 3 bedroom 1.5 washroom apartment. The rent is $1075/month (+125 if parking needed) on a 1 year lease. I don’t have any gender preferences but the 2 of us living here are males in our late 20s.

Deposit is First+last+security deposit for Keyfob/Garage remote etc.

This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The bathroom will be shared by all 3 of us (though the master will only use the shared bathroom for showering). The picture is of a different unit to the one that will be taken possession of (the current unit is being renovated and won’t be available until 1st June).

The place is unfurnished for now, rent will be $1075 + hydro/internet split. If parking is required, it is an additional $125/mo from the property management.

Please note, there is a STRICT requirement from the building on tenants. You need to either have a guarantor or a job reference letter with 2 most recent paystubs, credit check, previous landlord references etc.

There is a coinamatic laundry in the building, gym with olympic barbell, treadmills, ellipticals etc., swimming pool. There is no dishwasher in my unit, the a/c and heat is central with thermostat in the living room.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Pets are allowed. If you’re interested please send me a message letting me know a bit about yourself as we’ll be living together, prioritize highlighting important things to you, ex. I hate when roommates throw parties without informing me first, I hate dirty dishes in the sink, etc!

Your roommates are 2 friendly late 20’s males who teamed up here on Roomies itself! I’m a 28 y/o avid board and online gamer who works in IT. The roomie works in Finance in DT Toronto on Bay.
