Hello! Accommodation is available from January 1 in the Garneau neighbourhood, one block west of the main campus of the University of Alberta. Earlier move may be possible. The recently renovated 2BR flat is the largest suite (900 sq. ft.) in the building. The bedroom is large:10’4 x 14’6“ with windows: 6’8“ x 6’6“ and a built-in closet. There is a comfortable queen-size bed and desk available. The place is best suited for a male academic with a healthy, active lifestyle who wants to maintain a clean, comfortable place. Heating and water are included; electricity and wifi are shared. All amenities are close by.

The leaseholder is a professional who likes to keep a place in Edmonton, but who spends most of the academic school year overseas. The second bedroom is rented to a male kinesiology student from BC.
