AVAILABLE NOW!!! We have a bedroom available for rent in our 2-bedroom 2bath condo located in a busy area near Dundas St W & Kipling. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of a new building and offers great views of the surrounding area.
The bedroom for rent is furnished, comes with a spacious slide-door closet. You’ll have access to your own bathroom, and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to cook and eat at home.
The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Kipling station is 5 mins walking distance, 18 mins drive to Union Station, 9 mins drive to Pearson Airport. There are a gym, patio with bbq, as well as a shawarma and bubble tea place in the building.
Room is available now for 2 months. Rent is $1200/month, this includes all utilities (water, electricity and internet). We’re looking for a responsible and clean tenant who will respect the apartment and its contents.
