Incredibly convenient area in the GTA, a few minutes away from Sheppard West subway station and with all grocery stores within walking distance.

NOTE** Room will likely be repainted white or light grey before June! The room can come either furnished (in brand new white ikea furniture including a bed, a desk, an office chair and a small cabinet) or unfurnished, to suit your preference!

All bills included in price. Condo also has a sauna and a gym.

No additional pets (current roomie already has a cat) and females only please.

Roomie is a 25 year old female who is very respectful of other peoples space and boundaries and is open to becoming friends with her new roommate!
