Hello I have a basement for rent with your own entrance. I have a dog and cat. I’m located in Sherwood park. A lot of parking. Rent can be negotiable for the right tennant. There is a secluded giant back yard. There is your own laundry room as well. The basement isn’t quite finished but with the extra rent it will be.
