About the room
Looking for a room to rent? We’ve got you covered! We have one rooms available in our cozy 3 bed, 1 bath house, and we’re looking for a student to take over our outgoing roommate’s lease. The room is furnished, and all utilities are included in the rent. Plus, the living room and kitchen are already furnished, so you can just move in with your clothes!
As a bonus, there’s ample free parking available, and we only accept non-smokers to keep the house smelling fresh. This lease starts June 1st 2024 - august 31, 2024 (we can renew the lease after that as well) Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions - i would love to welcome you to my student household.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the house with two other roommates besides yourself. I work in a hybrid role and am also a student. I am friendly and look forward to welcoming a new student to our household.
