Faith's room

Looking for a roommate for September 1. Near Dalhousie 10 min walk, close to Quinpool. I pay 700 at the moment, plus 70 a month split with a roommate for wifi, and then electricity every 2 months. Landlord has a no party policy. Parking available for an extra fee. Looking for a co-signer for my lease. Would love some references if you have them! Would love to make a Roommate agreement!

I’m going into my 3rd year at kings. I like the shared areas clean and this would be a shared responsibility. I don’t have people over often and go out on occasion like quiet during the week and weekends are okay. Not sure what else to say.
