Looking for ROOMMATES/tenants for two bedrooms:

$720 - larger room (blue walls)

$680 - smaller room (brown walls)

Landlord living in the master bedroom (male, young professional). Mutual respect and understanding is a must. Our home is a chill and safe space, with certain rules.

Unbreakable rules:

• MUST be okay with cats (2 lovely cats in the house), but no extra pets allowed (smaller pets can be negotiated - hamsters, fish, etc).

• MUST keep the house clean up to the landlord’s standards. House cleaning rules are strict. Dishes washed right after cooking or asap (no overnight dishes), clean kitchen sink (for the safety of cats, as they have got sick in the past). General cleaning and garbage schedule in place. Treat the place as your own.

• Visitors allowed, but no more than 2-3 overnights per week.

• Regular parties aren’t allowed, but occasional social events can be negotiated.

6 months of paystubs will be requested.

Good location:

• 12 minute walk to Eglinton Ave.
• 7 min walk to Don Mills St.
• 1 bus (next to the house) takes you straight to Broadview Station.
• 15 min drive to Downtown Core.
• Nearby: Superstore, Costco, Ontario Science Centre, Tim Hortons, Shoppers, Sunny Foodmart, McDonalds, and more.
• Lots of greenery within a 15 min walk or less (Don River Park, smaller park within 5 min), as well as tennis and basketball courts.

I live in the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms are available. 3 people total and 2 friendly cats. I am a young professional (healthcare) who is looking to create a peaceful and relaxing environment in my home. We don’t have to become close friends, but an atmosphere of mutual support and understanding is ideal. I am also a photographer and love to travel. I generally keep to myself most of the time (in my headspace) but always one text, call or knock on the door away, if I’m needed.
