Important point: only looking for female VIU students at this time. A large downstairs room that’s a bedroom and separate office area (not yet finished in photos). Walk to VIU. In this old house, the one shared bathroom means we must limit our time in it. However, you’ll have all the time you want in the huge backyard, and all the space you want to garden. Close to pool, gym, skating rink, groceries, yet on a quiet side street.

Share with small family - mom and older son at VIU. We are calm and respectful people, and would need the same from you. We have one cat, who showed up for pictures. He is friendly, but we can not accept any other pets in the house!
