Newly renovated upstairs floor. Two bedrooms each with a view of Kye Bay to enjoy seasonal sunsets, storm watching or the beach. The large master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and cube furniture for easy use with lots of room for personal items. The 2 other bedrooms are rented to 30 y/o female and 41 y/o male.
One shared bathroom with stand alone bathtub to soak away the day is upstairs, along with a shared living room area with TV and fitness space. Original cottage on the bottom floor with a shared 2nd bathroom with shower, funky kitchen, living room, laundry, and newly renovated dining room. Truly quaint, the old original cabin meets the newly updated space. The home is situated across the lane from a parklette access to an amazing sandy beach. Looking for mature, sober professionals or students needing short term rentals. We would consider a longer term rental if it is a good fit. Please note there is no smoking on the property and no candles permitted.

Retired educator on disability with a working spouse that share the bank side cottage living space along with a friendly cat, Beansy. In fact, this is his cottage as the long time resident and so cat loving roomies only need apply. We live with an adorable small dog on the bank side coach house next to the cottage in Kye Bay, coming and going from the cottage to enjoy all it offers. Renters need to love cats and dogs as there is plenty of love to share.
