Located right across the street from Nait there’s lots nearby in walking distance. Whether it be at the mall kingsway, or many of the amenities nearby you can quite literally find anything you need in walking distance. Train station is 5-10 minute walk from the place as well. Neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful so they expect the same out of my house to which I happily oblige. All in all a peaceful environment.

I am a huge gamer I’m either working construction or playing video games so it’s quite the tame environment usually, Im quite the social butterfly and tend to get along with most people. Along with the 2 cats that I have there’s a other room mate who is only there for about a week of the month he’s a pretty respectful guy though himself keeps to his own usually.
