Subletting a private room for the summer in a 4 bed, 3 bath all-male apartment. The room has its own bathroom, spacious closet, and desk with a desk chair. The bed is a full/queen size. The apartment itself has an in-unit washer and dryer and large living area+ kitchen which are all shared between the roommates. Utilities are separate. The building has a gym, game room and public/private study areas. Location is about ~20 mins away from Carleton University via public bus. There is a Walmart and a mall which are ~5 mins away via public bus. There’s a park, a small beach, and rivers nearby if you want to enjoy the outdoors during Summertime.
