Student's room

One bedroom is available in a three bedroom apartment. In suite Laundry. This is a bi level apartment. Three rooms and one full washroom are upstairs. Kitchen living room storage and one half washroom is downstairs. Water and heat is included in the rent. Electricity and wifi are usually are $30-40 per person.

There are two girls already living in the other two rooms. One of them recently graduated from MBA and works full time. The second goes to university. There is a lease until oct. you can extend it or if you wanna leave earlier, you’ll have to a girl for your room. Mature Adult females contact only please.
