Dundas Street

Colourful little basement suite in East Hastings Sunrise/Burnaby Heights (right at the border!) with a furnished (or non-furnished if you prefer) bedroom available. The room has windows, a large table that is currently used as a desk, and a decent closet for your things. Currently the room is pink and purple, but if that’s not your vibe, we can repaint! Shared cute little bathroom with a deep tub. We are dog and cat friendly, but I currently have a large dog myself, so your pet will need to be friendly too! There is a gorgeous front yard and a fenced backyard. In the suite, there is a espresso machine, a large casio keyboard and amp, there is a guitar and ukulele, a TV with access to streaming services, a pull out couch for guests, and tons of art on the walls and houseplants.

This is a super chill, happy home and we are looking for the perfect (temporary) addition!

Sharing the suite would be myself, a 31 year old legal assistant who works from home most days, and my 90 lb friendly flat coated retriever, Angus. Angus will try and steal your shoes, but also your heart.
