About the room
It is a 3 bedroom main floor of a house. With a fenced front and backyard (including fire pit and bbq). It is a 10 minute walk away from the stadium LRT station. The house is somewhat furnished but will need some additional items. All utilities and high speed internet are included in the price of rent. The laundry is shared with the downstairs unit. 1 full sized bathroom. All kitchen appliances included (with dishwasher, gas stove, air fryer). There is one larger room and one smaller room available for rent.
Price of rent some what negotiable.

About the roomies
My name is Hailey! I have two small well behaved kittens, and would not want to be living with other pets, as it is not allowed on the property. I work a full time job in the hotel industry and coach rugby in my free time. I am cannabis and nicotine friendly. (As long as you’re not smoking inside.) I love to paint and do arts and crafts so another creative, clean, and friendly person would be awesome!
