Includes professional monthly cleaning service, so we just maintain the household in between cleaning visits.

Includes fibre-optic wifi, hydro, hot water, and free street parking available. There is currently no cable tv, but you’re welcome to add the service for an additional fee.

Must love cat. Not all, just this one :) 10 year old Maine-Coon/domestic mix. Sorry, no more cats allowed. No dogs allowed. I may consider others (bunnies, etc…tbd).

I don’t mind if you smoke outside; it’s fairly patio-friendly, away from neighbour’s windows (very relaxed and friendly building and neighbours).

Lived here for over 10 years and love it. I’m out of the apt approx 3-4 days per week. Some evenings and weekends in the Spring & Fall. Love to host a dinner party from time to time, otherwise pretty much a homebody, but there’s plenty of space to do so here.

We don’t need to have the same schedule, but if it matters to you, I’m typically up at 5am, and bed by 10/11pm. Easy going and flexible.
