Brandon's room

Fully furnished room is available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom main floor of a home. The home is clean and updated. There is a large kitchen area with lots of cupboard space. It is a nice and bright home with lots of windows. Internet, heat, hot water and electricity is all included! Garbage is picked up in the back alley. One bedroom is used as an office space.

(Furniture can be taken out of room if required).

I am a tidy and professional 31 y/o male. I don’t party or stay up too late and I work a 9-5 type job. I have a small dog named Russ (20 lbs). He is hypoallergenic and well trained, most people really enjoy his company!
