About the room: Lease takeover of 1 bed in a shared 2 bed apartment starting July 1 (with possibility for flexible move-in date). 1 year lease renews September 1 (so works out to be July 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 with possibility to extend). Bedroom gets a ton of natural light and is quite spacious - fits a queen bed easily with extra space and has a great-sized closet. You get your own bathroom as well which is also spacious and has a bathtub. Living room & kitchen are fully furnished and stocked (photos provided of these areas are from the website).

About the building: The building has great amenities including a terrace, a fitness room, a yoga room, a community garden, a 24h concierge, work spaces, BBQs, and multiple lounges. Please note: The bedroom is currently furnished and our preference is to find someone who would be willing to purchase the current setup (happy to discuss details further). Also, my roommate has a super friendly hypoallergenic, medium-sized dog so need to be happy and comfortable with that!

As my current lease goes until August 31, 2023, we are open to a July-August sublet for the right person.

Alissa’s bio: I’m a grad student at UofT and am looking for either a fellow grad student or a young professional. I love cooking, reading, yoga, and having spontaneous adventures! I would love to become friends with my roommate, have movie nights, go out for brunch, cook meals together. They must like and be good with hypoallergenic dogs since I have a medium sized Whoodle.
