LGBTQ2+ Safe home. Townhouse in nice safe clean neighborhood. Surrounded by wineries and farms. Huge park in walking distance. Basement unit available. Big open space. You would have your own bathroom on the upstairs level with shower and tub. Shared use of kitchen, living space and yard. I have all the kitchen stuff because I’m a pampered chef consultant and you’re welcome to use it. No need to go buy anything for the kitchen. There is lots of street parking available. No smoking in house please. Would consider a couple for a slight increase in $ to help with the extra cost of utilities.

We are a LGBTQ2+ household. Ideally looking for someone also in our community. I live in the house with my partner, 2 kids and a small rescue dog I’ve adopted. I work full time at a local hospital. We are fairly low key. Work sleep repeat. I love cooking on weekends.
