Private room in a spacious, newly developed, detached 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house in a coveted area close to Ontario Tech University/UOIT and Durham College North Campus (5 minute walk to North Campus, and ~ 10 minute drive to Downtown Campus and Trent Durham).

We are looking for a young female student or professional to sign onto our lease beginning on July 1, 2023. First and last month’s rent (total $1,320) will be required upon signing. Additional utilities and internet costs are split equally between the roommates. Laundry is in unit and one parking spot is available.

The living room/kitchen are furnished already, but we welcome anyone who would like to bring along any dining furniture, wall art, decor, etc. The bedroom is unfurnished and recently painted (it was the grey pictured, but is now a pale, warm off-white/light yellow colour) with a large walk-in closet and a big window with lots of natural light throughout the afternoon.

We are three young professionals/students in our twenties that have lived here for a while. We’re very lowkey during the week, as we all work full time, but may have a couple drinks and play games on the weekend. Between us, we have two adult cats, a kitten, and a dog, so let us know if you have any pets that would mesh well with other animals!
