The room available is completely empty of furniture but besides that the apartment is fully furnished and I’m not looking for any more furniture or anything in the shared space, what’s mine is yours:) the room is super spacious with high ceilings, the whole apartment itself has a lot of character because it’s an older building. There is no designated parking available for the building but there is street parking and I never have issues finding a spot. The apartment is located on the corner of Elgin st and McLeod across from the nature museum! It’s a great area to live, lots to do and everything you need is in walking distance.

Hey! My name is Brianna (she/her) and I’m looking for a roommate to fill a empty room in my apartment come Dec 1st. A little bit about me: I’m 22 years old and I’m currently working at a bakery on bank st. I work mornings on a full time schedule and I’m not currently in school. I can be a pretty social person, I like going out with my friends and I sometimes host game nights with my coworkers in the apartment :) I would consider myself to be pretty introverted though, my social battery is pretty small and i do love spending time in the apartment just watching Netflix or crochetting as well! I have a cat, he is the sweetest boy ever, he will definitely demand love and attention at all times from you🥰.

What I’m looking for: Im preferably looking for someone around my age who is female, student or just working doesn’t matter to me 😌
