Office/guest sleeping area Front load washer and dryer. Covered front entry with patio chairs Large covered patio with fire table and bbq. Each housemate is responsible for general tidy up and shared upkeep. (If you don’t like to clean you can chip in for additional days for our housekeeper) I have enjoyed having fantastic landlords since moving in last yr that are non intrusive and respond to repairs needed faster that any landlords I’ve ever had. I have full permission to sublease as required with room rental agreements and authorization to accept rental subsidies for partial rent and those on pwd (provided you can manage stairs as bedrooms are on the upper floor) This home is not set up for children full time but we are more than happy to have them visit or overnight up to 4 nights a month.

Down stairs master bedroom is mine, I’m a 50 yr old female no kids, and on A disability pension from the Department Of National Defence with 2 Labrador Retriever Neurological alert service dogs (so if you have diabetes the dog will tell you off if you don’t behave). I enjoy driving, reading, Travel, and volunteering when I’m able. I’m looking for mature people that want to share this lovely home in this crazy time of high rents that literally make it impossible to enjoy the stability and ability to enjoy a safe comfortable home in this skyrocketing rental market, and have the opportunity to share coffee time/cooking and occasionally meals, socializing, and who I can be confident will not bring excess drama (regular life “hey my car crapped out can you give me a ride” or “hey I’m working late or have to go out of town can you feed the “fur kids” or general “I have a question/problem do you have any advise or suggestions” is all perfectly ok. ) This home is NOT drug of any kind including 420 friendly. Yelling, on going relationship drama, not paying bills, bullying (it’s sad I have to include that), not cleaning up, or if you turn into an asshole after a drink, is NOT OK

Pet cat is ok Unfortunately due to the service dogs no additional dogs are allowed Smoking out side is ok Casual drinking is ok Excessive daily Alcohol consumption (aka instant asshole just add alcohol is NOT OK) 420 or other drugs are NOT OK in this home and use on/off the property will result in being asked to leave immediately. Respectful guests are welcome with advance notice for overnight guests (max 4 nights per month) and you are responsible for your guest’s actions and drinks/snacks/meals/cleanup. Off street parking is possible for 1 more pickup and 1 car, (1 additional small car in the garage may also be possible for additional rent) Message us with why you think you would fit into our home, when you are available to move in, info on pets, confirm you have a stable income source, and you are aware that this is a drug free home and this home has been cleared by Ministry of Family & Children as safe for children and vulnerable persons so to maintain this they can request occupancy checks periodically so if you have any concerns regarding this please ask.
