House rules: respect the space. Clean up after yourself. No tobacco inside. Keep it drama-free. Be a grownup. Looking for someone who knows how to be a good roommate. Maybe you’ve had terrible roommates before that made you not want to come home and you swore you wouldn’t be like that. You clean up after yourself, and you like your home to be chill. I find with tenants/roommates, it’s a coin toss. The tenant before last was amazing and I was sad to see her go. However, my more recent tenant stole from me and left vomit on the walls, and he’s the reason the damage deposit is high.
