Shelbourne Street

It’s right next to the 27/28/39 bus stop, and a five minute walk to the 26 bus to UVic (or you can walk, it’s only a 20 minute walk to the uni). It’s right next to Tuscany Village, which includes Thrifty Foods, Mucho Burrito, Subway, etc. You’d be living with two female roommates. The room is fully furnished, and all utilities such as hydro, electricity, and wifi are included in the rent. You’d also be a 15 minute walk away from Glencraig Park, and you can get the 39 bus down to Mount Doug, which has a nice beach and pretty trails.

We’re pretty chill and everyone’s super friendly. We’re all UVic students in our 20s just studying hard and not being too noisy. I will be moving out in June/July after I’ve graduated and looking for another student to replace me :)
