Private room available for summer starting June 1st located in a prime area in Valleyview minutes away from bus stops, shopping, and food.

Suite is a top floor corner unit so no having to listen to anyone stomping above you or any loud neighbors next to you. Shared bathroom but kept clean and always double checked that the other person doesn’t need to use the bathroom before taking long showers/ baths.

Laundry coin machines in building with a clean room. Wifi and utilities included in price. Room for parking.

Deposit will be taken off of first months rent, can move in before June 1st if needed.

My boyfriend and i are both in our early 20’s and spend most of our time in our room playing video games if we’re not at work so you will get as much personal space as you need. Down to have movie/ nacho night out in the living room and hangout as well tho :) We are both very relaxed quiet people who keep the place tidy and keep to ourselves.
