About the room
Please note! the current furniture/layout of the apartment will be updated prior to move in - these pictures are a couple months old!
All utilities included. Parking is extra. Laundry on site. Must be okay with a cat!
My room is ensuite so I will only be using main bathroom to shower. Main bathroom will be shared between you and one other person. Kitchen, living room, and main balcony is shared. No smoking in room, however 420 friendly - just please smoke on the balcony :)
Nofrills, Shoppers, Dollarama near by. Lots of parks and access to TTC busses.
About the roomies
Hey! my names Daniela, I’m 25 years old and currently work full time. I work two jobs, dispensary and running a studio. So most of the time I’ll be working or chilling at home. I own a 3 year old cat named Chia who is super friendly and loves to cuddle!
I’m currently looking for two roommates (I do have another listing for a smaller room available) :)
