One furnished room available in a four-bedroom apartment in Centretown Ottawa. This is a lease takeover, with the possibility for extension in September.

Rent is 3200$ + hydro and weekly cleaning, which is divided equally among tenants.

The terms of the lease will end on August 31st, 2024, after which you are welcome to renew it in September. Please be advised that management requires a 12-month lease at minimum.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. It also comes with dishware, cutlery, pots, and pans. The bathroom is quite large and has storage available. There is also a common room, with couches to use.

This is a furnished apartment. Your room will come with a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and plenty of storage.

Ground floor apartment. Pay-per-use laundry is available in the basement of the building.

The building is close to many amenities:

• 15-minute walk to the University of Ottawa
• 20 minutes bus ride to Carleton University
• 10 minutes walk to Downtown Ottawa and Parliament
• 15-minute walk to Byward Market
• 5 minutes walk to the grocery store

Must go through background and credit checks with Gilas Management Company (the owners of the property).

• Nia (she/her): I’m a third-year Biomed student at uOttawa. I love going to the gym, reading, and listening to music!
• Christmas (she/her): Hi, I’m Christmas! I’m in my last year of undergrad studying IMD program at Carleton. In my free time, if I’m not drawing or doing design, you can catch me at the gym, in the kitchen cooking, getting loose downtown, or in bed sleeping.
